Duties and Responsibilities of the GIS/Tax Map Office:
▪ Maintaining digital GIS mapping system
▪ Adding parcel splits/updating parcel transfers to mapping
▪ Assisting public with deed descriptions and property maps
▪ Approval of survey plats & descriptions of new parcel splits
▪ Approval of plats/descriptions of any Auditor required survey
▪ Maintaining copies of subdivision plats & approved surveys
